Chautauqua Winery: DeFuniak Springs

WINE. WINE. WINE. Who doesn't love wine? That's why I was super giddy about attending the Spring Festival at the Chautauqua Winery in DeFuniak Springs over the weekend! I sampled about fifteen different wines from their vineyard. They had everything from dry and sweet white and reds, to dessert ports and some funky local berry wine which I ended up buying for myself.

We walked around all the local vendors outside and made a few purchases:

- organic raw local honey from DeFuniak Springs
- homemade banana nut bread jam. YES! Jam. How stinking cool is that?!
- homemade buffalo seasoning for popcorn
- homemade Memphis dry rub seasoning for ribs
- a gender bender bar of charcoal soap from perfectly posh
- a sassy z lipscense lip color

We also ate at the BBQ truck that was catering the event. Ranch House Kitchen BBQ was there serving up their ribs, bbq pork, and brisket with all the fixin's on the side. I'm loving this new chapter of our life where we explore new towns/cities and do fun things!

What did you do this past weekend?
