October Goals


I always find that I thrive in the cooler months. There's something about October that just makes me turn a new chapter on and kick butt. So, what better way to jot down my goals for this month and hold myself accountable? It's a win-win for me... in my eyes.

This month I have a few goals that I want to achieve:





1. Begin a Whole30 and stick to it. Plan my meals out in advance, cook them and recharge my system. I'd like to get my health concerns under control through diet first before adding in exercise. For the month of October, my goal is to lose 20 lbs through clean eating alone. If I lose more, awesome.

2. I want to begin a walking regimen around my neighborhood. I can walk my two furry children for 30-60 minutes twice a week. I have not been able to walk our neighborhood, but I want to. Now, all that I have to do is determine what time is the best time to go walking on the weekends.

3. I want to finish our master bedroom. This includes, buying another set of curtains, paintings/pictures above our bed, and a rug. I also want to clean it out- de-clutter and organize my room and closet

4. Dress up for Halloween and throw a little Halloween dinner/party on Halloween night! Pass out candy to all of the little kids. Send out invitations to friends about the party 2 weeks before Halloween.
